Square Cut Drag Shorts

The long-lasting and comfortable unisex arena Square Cut Drag Shorts are designed to increase resistance while training in the water.

The mesh fabric provides a significantly higher drag. The low waisted fit makes the shorts ideal for swimmers who want to increase their strength in the water while still feeling comfortable.

Made with a partially chlorine resistant mesh fabric, the drag shorts are perfect for intense training sessions.

Drag shorts will increase water resistance by minimising the ease that water can flow through the double layer of fabric. As a result, this forces the upper body to give a greater pull and therefore increases arm rotation to build more muscle.

The drag shorts sit over a normal swimsuit or jammer and have a waist tie to ensure they do not slip down. The shorts provide increased drag in all strokes with a double layer of fabric to add resistance.
