Brexit Update & COVID-19 Update - 1st January 2021
Brexit? No problem!
The terms of trade between the UK and EU changed on January 1st, 2021. We want to assure you that it is business as usual here at Comfyballs UK and our ability to ship orders directly to you will not be affected.
What do the changes mean for you?
- We no longer charge UK VAT (Tax) to customers in the EU.
- For orders delivered outside the UK any import duties/taxes are payable by the recipient and are not included in the shipping or product price.
Despatch & Delivery
As the Covid-19 challenges continue (due to volumes experienced & the operational changes we have had to make to ensure we maintain the safety of our staff), we are currently despatching UK orders shipped within 5-7 working days and all other orders a quickly as possible but carriers are experiencing delays worldwide.
